HELP GUIDE

Follow these steps in order.

The primary caregiver completes setup once. Then every approved family member or caregiver joins through their saved Care Circle invite link.

Create the Care CircleName the circle, enter the caregiver/admin name, and enter the patient name.
Save the first caregiver and patientThe starter form creates the Primary Caregiver and Patient records before anyone else is invited.
Add approved members by roleInvite family, helpers, professional caregivers, PT/OT/Nurse, or other admins with the correct access.
Save before sharingSelect Save Patient Setup so every connected person receives the same information.
Share invite linksCopy each saved Circle link and text or email it to the approved person with the correct role.
Test the care circleAsk one caregiver to send a message, have the patient tap I’m Okay, and confirm every connected caregiver sees the shared activity.
